Online
Use Chat Support while you are on the road to solve issues regarding a ride. You can add a +1, report a road closure or solve an issue with a pickup/dropoff.
Offline
Use Chat Support when you are not driving with Via to ask about your pay, address promotion questions or even troubleshoot any trouble you have while uploading your docs,
